Breakfast: 7 points
Lunch: 14 points
Snack: 13 points
Dinner: 19 points

Well, not the best day I've had.  But, I won't feel guilty because those were the choices I made today.  I used many of my flex points, and tomorrow is a new day to rock out.

This is NOT a diet, it is a lifestyle change.
