Right now my current workout plan has been pretty steady each week. If people are interested in some of the exercises I do, I can post that too!
My week looks like this...
Monday-- 30 mins strength, 30 mins cardio
Tuesday-- 30-60 mins cardio
Wednesday-- 60 mins strength, 30 mins cardio
Thursday-- 45 mins strength
Friday-- 30 mins strength, 30 mins cardio
Saturday-- 30 mins cardio, 60 mins yoga
Sunday-- Off
