ReplyDeleteI just wanted to say you can do it, good luck, and THANK YOU! Reading your blog inspired me to join WW and I've lost, as of now, 35 pounds since July. It's a crazy journey but you've been such an inspiration! I know you can get back on track, and let me know if you want another accountability buddy- I could certainly use one :)

Recent success for me has come from setting a short term goal - like for one month, and then going gangbuster for it to get back into good habits.
